Australia: In a statement to the Australian Securities Exchange on 13 December 2019 Adelaide Brighton announced the appointment of Darryl Hughes as an additional company secretary, effective from 11 December 2019. Marcus Clayton will retain the position of Adelaide Brighton Company Secretary.
