Nepal: The Investment Board of Nepal (IBN) has approved a US$140m investment proposal by a Chinese company to set up a cement plant in the country. The company is looking for a site in the eastern, central and western regions to set up the 1.1Mt/yr plant, according to IBN CEO Radhesh Pant.
