The official conference language is English

 

Conference location

The conference will take place at the Renaissance Wien Hotel, Linke Wienzeile/Ullmannstraße 71, 1150 Vienna, Austria. Please use the link on the 'Hotel' page to book your rooms at discounted rates.

Conference fees

The fee includes attendance at the conference and exhibition, conference proceedings volume and presentations, lunches and drinks receptions.

 

Farewell Reception

A Farewell Reception will take place at the conference hotel on the evening of the second day of the conference. The conference Farewell Reception is included in the delegate fee.

 

Dietary requirements

Please let us know upon registration if you have any special requirements.

 

Dress code

Dress code for the conference and gala dinner is smart casual attire or business attire.

 

Visa requirements

Prospective delegates should appraise themselves with the requisite visa requirements.

 

Field trips

A field trip to Holcim's Mannersdorf cement plant near Vienna, with booking during registration. See the conference programme for timings. No safety boots, no field trip!

 

Photography and videography

Registration and participation in the event includes your agreement to allow the use of your likeness in photos and video created by the organisers for promotional and other purposes.

 

Cancellation

Please note that the conference fees are not refundable under any circumstances, unless the conference is cancelled, in which case fees will be refunded after an administrative deduction of 20%. The organisers will not be liable for any additional expenses - you are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover any consequent losses, or to claim on any existing corporate insurance policy.  You are advised to secure your visa before registering for the conference. Substitutions from the same company can be made at no cost up to three working days before the event.

 

Global CemCCUS Social Evening

Global CemCCUS will bring delegates together at the end of the first day of the conference for a social evening, with fantastic food, at a local venue to be announced. The evening is bookable during registration for a small additional fee.

If you would like to bring your spouse or customers to the dinner, you are welcome to purchase extra tickets. Please state how many additional tickets you would like, and give the names of the attending people during your on-line registration.
