Germany: Switzerland-based Sika has received clearance to acquire chemical admixture producer MBCC Group. In addition to its global and regional headquarters in Mannheim, Germany, MBCC Group has regional headquarters in Cleveland, US, Dubai, UAE, and in Singapore.
