Tokyo Cement prepares to amalgamate subsidiary

Sri Lanka: Tokyo Cement has agreed to amalgamate its subsidiary Tokyo Super Cement into the main company. The amalgamation of its wholly-owned subsidiary will take place around the end of May 2019.
