In April 2015 a 1.1km pneumatic cement conveying line from Claudius Peters Projects GmbH was commissioned at the LafargeHolcim cement plant in Tuban, East Java, Indonesia.
Märker Cement decided to install a kiln inlet probe system. For this purpose, several manufacturers of kiln inlet probe systems were compared and, additionally, kiln inlet probe systems in use in other cement plants were considered. Based on the experiences at the other cement plants, the decision was made to install a CEMTEC probe system from Germany’s ENOTEC GmbH.
All types of vertical roller mills (VRM) rely heavily on the wear components to produce the highest throughput at the lowest possible cost.
