The March 2022 issue of Global Cement Magazine looks at industry forecasts to 2025, low-CO2 production technology for cement and lime, advanced condition monitoring systems, conveying and how bauxite residues can act as supplementary cementitious materials. We interview the CEO of Cementos Progreso about the company's recent expansion within Latin America, as well as Volumech, a UK-based producer of volumetric concrete mixers, and look at efforts to resurrect Berbera Cement, Somaliland's only cement plant.
The issue also has reports on the Chinese and South East Asian cement markets to coincide with the Virtual Asian Cement Conference on 1 March 2022, plus reviews the latest goings-on in the Turkish cement sector and all of the latest global cement sector news.
