Germany: Vecoplan has appointed Daniel Kessler as the Head of Technology. The role covers product development for the recycling machinery company, as well as issues related to digitalisation and engineering. Kessler has worked for Vecoplan since 2005. He started as a Commissioning Engineer before becoming the Head Of Electrical Department in 2020.

Pakistan: Fauji Cement has appointed Anwar Ali Hyder as its chair. He succeeds Waqar Ahmed Malik in the post. The company operates four integrated cement plants in the country. It inaugurated its Shadan Lund cement plant in Dera Ghazi Khan in November 2023 bringing its total cement production capacity to 10.6Mt/yr.

Pakistan: Fecto Cement has appointed Hanif Idress as its chief financial officer. He succeeds Abdul Samad in the post. The cement producer operates the integrated Taxila plant near Islamabad.

Saudi Arabia: Yamama Cement has appointed Naif bin Sultan bin Mohammed bin Saud Al Kabir as its chair. Abdullah bin Abdulrahman Al Obeikan has been appointed as the vice-chair. Members of the Compensation and Nomination Committee and the Audit Committee have also been announced.
