Germany: Holcim Germany has appointed Michael Kappes as the manager of its Kollenbach cement plant in Beckum.
Kappes previously worked as Production Manager at the Beckum plant from 2025. Before this he was the Maintenance Manager at the Dortmund cement plant. Previous roles at the Beckum plant included Process Engineer, Environmental Protection Officer and Industrial Mechanic. Kappes holds an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from the South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences.
