Podilskiy Cement posts Euro121m loss for 2014

Ukraine: Podilskiy Cement has reported a loss of Euro121m for 2014, having upped its net revenue by 12.1% year-on-year to Euro53.8m. In 2013, it reported a loss of Euro4.95m. Podilskiy Cement has six cement kilns with a total capacity of 3.7Mt/yr. It is controlled by Ireland's CRH.

Ukraine: Podilskiy Cement has preliminary reported a loss of US$7.4m in 2013. The CRH subsidiary reported a US$6.5m loss in 2012 despite increasing its revenue. The wet process cement plant has six production lines with a total cement production capacity of 3.7Mt/yr.

Ukraine cement producers report losses in 2012

Ukraine: Volyn Cement has reported a loss of Euro2.86m for 2012. It recorded a net profit of Euro1.75m in 2011. The company based in Zdolbuniv, Rivne region, saw its net revenue remain stable at Euro62.8m. Multinational cement producer Dyckerhoff owns 98.4% of the shares in Volyn Cement.

Podilskiy Cement has reported a loss of Euro9.6m for 2012. The Khmelnytskyi region-based cement producer saw net revenue rise by 31.2% to Euro92.8m in 2012. Podilskiy Cement's plant has six kilns with a production capacity of 3.7Mt/yr. The business is controlled Ireland's Cement Roadstone Holdings.
